21.01.2022 Aside from working at a check-out for the Coles supermarket in suburban Wantirna (Melbourne), Lucas Di Quinzio has a twisted sense of humour that made me laugh so much I decided to publish his debut book, "A Day at the Park". It reminds me of a college humour version of "Go the F--k to Sleep". Details about free previews in June at euanmitchell.com/news

20.01.2022 Published Or Nots first show for 2018 featured #GlennaThomsonAuthor with her second novel Stella and Margie and Sue Williams with her third novel Live and Let Fry. Both highly recommended. 09.01.2022 Last month in Vietnam I finally looked into what actually happened at Khe Sanh that would inspire Don Walker to write a song with that title and who those "sappers" were. Solving a 37-year mystery for me. "Khe Sanh: Winning a Battle, Losing a War", my August blog at euanmitchell.com

02.01.2022 Very pleased to be part of the Booklovers Festival held by the #YarraPlentyRegionalLibrary. My (free) Indie Publishing workshop is on Tuesday 11 September 2018, at the Thomastown Library from 6.30-7.30 pm.

02.01.2022 Today was D-Day for the TV series based on my 2006 novel Making Noises. I sent the four-page pitch to the ABCs Head of Comedy in Sydney. Amazingly, he liked the concept and requested the pilot script! Apparently he rejects 95+% of the pitches he receives. These pitches never get to the stage of the pilot script being read. So spending the past 22 months working with Tim Richards to reinvent the story and characters for TV suddenly seemed a slightly less ridiculous way to have spent our time : )
