Come and visit us at the Central Markets (which is located opposite Joes Waterhole) for some great products, coffee and food. There will be some Back-to-the-Markets specials to check out! 19.01.2022 A sad time in our country's history, but also a proud time for our volunteers. They stood up to be counted when it really mattered. They did what needed to be... done. Our trucks and utes rolled while the fires were still burning. First semi load of hay into Labertouche on the Monday morning. On the Friday night, we ran the first convoy to Callignee and Traralgon South, someone lost count at 110 light trucks, utes, vans, cars and trailers. Our bigger trucks on the following Sunday, the first convoy into Marysville to feed stock at Narbethong that hadn't been fed for a week. The Lions Club of Marysville & District arranged with the police to have the crime scene area opened up to allow us in. And it didn't stop there. We supported where needed over the following years. A time to remember, but also a time to reflect on those who did what needed to be done.
