23.01.2022 Good morning everyone. I have just reposted the Year Six Farewell video slideshow with a couple of updated photos. It was a lovely night last night at the Year Six Farewell dinner. Year Six will need to bring in an old Yellow school shirt tomorrow if they would like students to sign their shirt. The Year Six Rite of Passage will begin at about 2:50pm. Stay safe everyone!

23.01.2022 This Friday EPS will be holding a Mufti Day. A gold coin donation is asked if students wish to come dressed in mufti to support Bear Cottage. Bear Cottage is available for every family caring for a child with a life limiting or terminal illness. There is no cost to the families who rely on care and support at Bear Cottage, we think they are going through enough. Our operating costs are $4 million per year and we rely on the generosity of community and corporate support to reach this target.

17.01.2022 Tomorrow afternoon we are having a Transitional Play afternoon. All of our new Kindergarten 2021 students are invited to come and have a play with their classmates between 2:00pm and 3:00pm. The rest of the school will be placed in their classes and classrooms for 2021. The afternoon will help to support our students to become familiar with their new surroundings and classmates if they are changing classrooms. A note will go home with all students on Wednesday afternoon with the class structures and the teachers.

14.01.2022 A few pictures from our year 5 & 6 'Canberra in Eungai' excursion today. We visited the Zoo - we still can't decide on which animal we would like as our class pet, Australian War Memorial - we explored Army trench maps from France, various medals including WWI and tried to read a soldiers diary that he wrote as he travelled to War in 1917, Finally we went to the Australian National Gallery - our art is in progress but it looks like Jackson Pollock was well received by the students.

14.01.2022 Next week we will be starting our Kindergarten 2021 Transition to School Program. Please contact the school if you are intending to enrol your child for Kindergarten in 2021.

08.01.2022 From classroom desks to dining room tables. See how the students, parents and teachers from these schools navigated online learning, and what they learned together along the way. #EdWeek20 *Posted by the NSW Department of Education*
