21.01.2022 Eureka Farming Update One of the most important jobs on farm post-harvest is the timing of the pruning for optimal growth throughout the warmer months. As you can see the plants are coming back nicely and are a great shape for our pickers. By the time the season comes around for this farm in August the canopy of the bush will be double the size. We cant wait!!!

12.01.2022 Taste Testing To grow an amazing berry it has taken many years of research and development (R&D). Below is a picture of sampling some of the new varieties at our grower day in 2019 where we had some of the attendees trial some of the things that were excited about. When selecting new varieties what we look for is Size, Crunch, Flavour, firmness, Shelf Life, Bloom, timing of harvest, Yield and its ease to harvest. For us to get this far (into trialling stage), weve already been looking them in our R&D blocks for years and it takes 1000s of hours of our team walking blocks and sampling all the fruit. Some people tell our R&D team they have the best job in the world! Like this post if you agree!
