20.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE - VETERINARY SERVICES AND COVID-19 In light of the rapidly increasing number of coronavirus cases in Victoria, and a number of confirmed cases here in Ballarat, we have made the decision to switch back to CLIENT-FREE consultations, with NO clients allowed within either of our clinics, effective immediately. We know this is still a stressful time for all, and that a backwards step was not anticipated.... However, in order for us to continue to provide your pet’s with our veterinary care, we need to keep our vets, nurses, support staff and also you, our clients, safe. Client free consultation process; - Please phone the clinic to schedule your pet’s appointment - Upon arrival to the clinic please phone reception to advise us - If your appointment is at Eureka, we will ask you what car park you are in (our parks are numbered 1 through 10) and also confirm your contact number - If your appointment is at Mt Clear, we will ask what type of car you are in and confirm your contact number - A staff member will come to your car to collect your pet - Our vets will then call you on your mobile to carry out the consultation - please note our vets may be calling from a private number - Your pet will then be returned to you by a staff member once the consultation and any treatments are completed - Payment will take place at our station set up within our foyer at Eureka, or through the window at Mt Clear. Please ensure you abide by any distance barriers and signs in place. Payment via EFTPOS is recommended and preferred at this time. We will be emailing receipts where possible. If you require medication and/or prescription diets for your pet, we ask that you follow this process; - Phone ahead to the clinic to request your pets medication and/or food. Please keep in mind that a minimum of 24 hours notice may be required. - Once we confirm that the medication/food is ready to collect we will take payment over the phone where possible - When you arrive at the clinic to pick up these items, please phone us and we will then meet you at our foyer/window with your items - If payment was not made over the phone, this can be done so at the foyer/window via EFTPOS. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding and cooperation both now, and over these last few months. Regards, The partners, management and staff of Eureka Veterinary Hospital.

05.01.2022 IMPORTANT CLINIC UPDATE (2 OF 2) RENOVATIONS We are very excited to be undergoing some renovations to our clinic! ... While these renovations are underway we will be doing our best to minimise disruptions to the day to day running of the clinic. The renovations will currently have the most impact on our car park, as we will have a few less spaces available. While we are operating our ‘car park waiting room’ during Covid-19 procedures, we kindly ask that our car park spaces are prioritised for client’s attending appointment’s, and that client’s collecting food/medication utilise the free on street parking available. As any new information of how our renovations will affect our client’s and patient’s arise, we will inform you. We thank you in advance for your patience throughout our renovations, and look forward to sharing our clinics facelift with you all.

02.01.2022 IMPORTANT CLINIC INFORMATION (1 OF 2) COVID-19 UPDATE For those who have not visited our clinic over the last few weeks, we are currently allowing one client in to our consultation rooms to accompany their pet for their appointment, as long as you are not experiencing any symptoms, and wearing a suitable mask. ... Hand sanitising upon entry and throughout the visit is required, and as shown by Eddie here, 1.5m social distancing is still necessary. While we are allowing clients in to the clinic, we are still operating our ‘car park waiting room’ to keep the overall number of clients in the building within the requirements. When you arrive to the clinic for your pet’s appointment, or to collect food/medication, please call reception and our staff will give you instructions from there. Once again, we would like to thank all of our clients for your patience and understanding over what has been a very unique year.
