25.01.2022 The start of the year has been a super busy one putting tanks in the ground as well as our regular servicing. Just a reminder about our Easter trading hours: Easter Friday (19/4) to Easter Monday (22/4) the office will be closed. ... However as always we have someone on call for any emergencies over the easter break, if the problem can't wait till Tuesday make sure you call us on our mobile 0418 735 829 to have someone attend to fix the problem, if your light is on or your alarm is sounding please let us know. 24.01.2022 E.W.W. wouldn't exist without our serviceman. Recently Craig had an injury, it has stopped him for driving for a little while, thankfully though after several weeks we have gotten him back at work, we love his dedication to our team and very grateful to have him back. Unfortunately due to some staff changes and Craigs injury we have fallen a little behind with our servicing, we currently have Renee from the office driving Craig around to play catch up, and we are also dedicat...ing every daylight hour we can to catch up, we've also been very lucky for one of our old service agents Cody having some free time to come give us a hand. We will be sending emails out in the next 24 hours to notify our clients and we hope to have everything caught up into the new year. If you have any major concerns or your HSTP isn't running correctly please let us know, faulty HSTP's are our priority and we will attend asap. I thank you everyone for their patience.

23.01.2022 Having a tank installed too low in the ground causes many problems, today we fitted some 450mm risers to a Aquanova system, these risers ensure that the tanks are now above the ground level. Low tanks can cause water to continually enter the tanks during rain, this causes unnecessary stress on the sullage pump continually running, and amongst many other things is also a major health concern with cross contamination of the chambers. If you think your concrete tank may benefi...t from a riser we'd love to speak with you. I have included some photos showing the process of having the risers fitted.

14.01.2022 This week along with servicing we installed three new tanks with two being septic conversions. Renee from our office called in to take some pics and while she was there gave Marc a hand with some irrigation work, love that our staff get the opportunity to get a hands on experience to learn excatly what we do and in turn be able to provide our clients with a better service. Here are the pics of a Taylex ABS system being installed at Upper Caboolture.

Im currently doing up some information to send out to ensure that you can keep your HSTP safe and avoid extra costs to get it up and running again when this virus leaves our shores.
