25.01.2022 *** *** Jonno is running an 8 week Tao Yin Immersion program in his home Dojo in Term 3, on Monday nights from 7pm-8:30pm, commencing Mon 13th July. He will be covering a range of topics, from diet and lifestyle recommendations for Winter, to the origins of the universe, as well as teaching some personal practices each week. Each 90 minute class will include a discussion and introduction to some Taoist Neigong, Qigong & Taiji philosophies & practices, and a s...tructured Yin Yoga practice exploring the Water phase of the each week. We have taken time to plan out every aspect of our Clinical space in order to make sure the setting is as conducive as possible for healing to occur. Everything from the colour scheme we use, to the incense we burn is designed specifically... to help patients achieve a better state of being. We often see patients stop and let out a long sigh when they walk through the front door, which is music to our ears as we know the transformation has already begun - before any talking has occurred, needles inserted, or herbs are prescribed.
