24.01.2022 a small tribute to our fellow spaniards a spanish inspired dinner thinking of you all hoping this madness will end soon. air xxo

19.01.2022 Happy International Worker’s Day or Labour Day! where we come from, this national public holiday was (and still is) one of the most widely celebrated holidays. everyone would take their families to the nature for the day (or go with friends), and do barbeques and spit roasts and play football (aka soccer ). although Labour Day in NSW is in October, this year we’re taking a day off on 1st May to celebrate not just to celebrate this day but friends and families we grew up wit...h. luv ya all coronavirus lockdown, as much as it’s terrifying, has given us plenty of opportunities to have some nice close-family time... and do some serious cooking no lamb chops today though we’re going meatless having white (cannellini) beans stew (slowly cooked over fire). it’s a traditional worker’s dish, so it seems appropriate. and because it’s a worker’s dish, in many parts of our (former) country it’s what people have always been making for Labour Day. happy 1st May! join us and fire up your BBQs today! air xxo #stayhomestaysafe See more

04.01.2022 someone (sorry forgot who ) once said: "so many memories are associated with the tastes and smells of cooking; so many places, so many people can be brought to life using nothing more than a handful of herbs or an old recipe." it all started as fun... then it turned into a little new year's eve tradition that we share with our very good friends from melbourne: every year, a different offal dish this year we missed out on our little tradition due to bush fires this weekend is our very good friend's birthday... and we're going to miss it due to coronavirus having chicken giblets (gizzards this time) for dinner tonight. cheers to our very good friend! happy birthday! miss you guys! hope to share some offal over a drink (or two) and a chat (soon) unti then - air xxo
