24.01.2022 Check out this incredible climate controlled wine cellar by Grayhaus and Renee Dunn Architect. EuroCave Modulotheque French Oak racking has been incorporated, giving warmth to a modern space. Best of all, Modulotheque racking system is totally customisable. In this cellar you can see cross modules for bulk stacking, roller mounted sliding shelves to provide easy abscess to bottles and corner modules so as not to waste space in the corner of the cellar. Beautifully designed bespoke joinery conceals the majority of four EuroCave wine cabinets, offering just a hint of what hides behind it... and the soft amber lighting in the cabinets offers a warm enticing glow to highlight wine.

22.01.2022 The Penfolds Wine Bar, in conjunction with Emirates Leisure Retail opened today at the Adelaide Airport. Penfolds Wine Bar and Kitchen is situated in the new retail and dining precinct within Adelaide’s domestic and international terminal. The architecturally curated, luxurious space provides travellers with a premium food and wine experience and a taste of the winery’s Magill Estate. Diners select from a carefully crafted menu featuring the best South Australian produce a...nd designed to complement Penfolds wines, which are protected in five EuroCave Wine Cabinets and a EuroCave WineBar Service & Preservation System (for wine by the glass). 07.01.2022 The breadth and devastation of the bushfires across the nation have been extraordinarily tragic, but the response to help those affected has been heartening. There are so many causes that deserve our attention. Too many. But those in the wine community in the Adelaide Hills have been hit hard, and that’s a place that’s close to our hearts. The fires in the Adelaide Hills damaged, and in some cases wiped out, over 60 growers and makers. Amongst those badly affected was Adelaid...e Hills legend Geoff Weaver an icon of Australian wine if ever there was one. Geoff saw damage to about 40% of his vineyard, lost his car, tractors and all his equipment sheds (and equipment), and a lifetime of his own paintings, which are naturally irreplaceable. To help support Geoff and the broader wine community in the Adelaide Hills, we offering you the chance to purchase some of Geoff’s wines. We’ve long admired his wines, and would prefer to be offering them under better circumstances, but this is the best way we know to support his brand and help out in general. 05.01.2022 6HEAD is a restaurant close to our heart. The venue places customer needs front and centre, believing in the importance of the whole dining experience including people, produce, food, fit-out and of course wine (which happens to be cared for in four large EuroCave wine cabinets). No surprise that they took out Best New Restaurant in the 2019 National Savour Australia Restaurant & Catering Hostplus Awards.
