We dont like replacing diffs... but not because we dont like doing the job (its actually a really fun job) we dont like it because we dont do it!!!! We pride ourselves on being able to repair diffs as a first option rather than replacing them. This saves the customer a lot of money. . Although general wear and tear is normal on a car you can greatly improve the life of your diff by; 1) ensuring yo...ur tyres are all at the same and correct pressure 2) regular check ups/servicing 3) avoiding tyre spin . Well... a few reasons... 1 Jesse and Rob are both senior technicians with different areas of expertise. By having them swap they can share their knowledge with the different teams at the two stores. . 2 Although both stores communicate regularly, moving staff around ensures continuity and consistency between both stores .... 3Its important that staff are constantly learning. By taking staff out of their comfort zone, they are able to continue to grow and learn new things. .
