12.01.2022 COVID 19 - Business as usual Probably the last thing you want to receive right now is yet another notice on the coronavirus. With that in mind, we will try and keep things brief and as normal as possible and that indeed is our objective as a company and the services and products we supply and support. Whilst everyone understands this current pandemic is rather fluid and changes can happen each day, we would like to give an update and assurances on what we know today.... Things we have done Educated ourselves to the details of the virus extent of our staff and our client’s exposure Implemented both an upgraded hygiene plan and awareness documentation/posters Investigated contingency plans should future government shutdowns impact on staffing numbers Monitoring levels of critical inventory/spare parts and adjusting accordingly whilst international transport still permits. Things that haven’t been affected. We are happy to state at this stage most things have NOT been affected. We are adopting a business as usual strategy and reassessing daily. Things that maybe affected Currently our biggest exposure is to international air and to a lesser extent sea freight and this may cause some delays in both spare parts and wholegoods. We have suppliers out of Italy/Austria that have had lockdowns imposed on their respective countries and this may also impact supply though thankfully none of their staff have tested positive at this stage. We will update you if any changes come to hand but rest assured, Team Euroturf will do whatever is required to maintain the high level of service that has seen our rapid growth across Australia. We are very much engaged in this major disruption to the world as we know it, however our strategies are based on educating ourselves, keeping current with our government’s recommendations, robust and open discussion and planning rather than crisis management.
