Evan’s delicious health tonics will be available for purchase for the lunch segment of the gathering and larger bottles to take home with you After a few workshops and the sampling support/bravery of a few friends, I’ve decided to make it official and launch my creations. I’ve always had a penchant for mixology, and making cocktails and creating my own flavour infused liquors and spirits, this has carried over into Kombucha. I like layering and combining flavours, combined with the inherent health benefits that kombucha has, makes a beneficial and wholesome drink. I endeavour to include seasonal produce from my gardens nestled in the hinterland of Bryon Bay where possible as infusing flavours. 07.01.2022 MY NEW EXPERIMENT: Fermented Raw Honey With Ginger & Lemon Kombucha (using a neighbors fermented Raw Honey and Lemons from my tree) Using Raw honey has not been heated; meaning the naturally occurring enzymes/beneficial properties of the honey are left intact.The fermentation of honey increases these benefits.
