11.01.2022 We are humbled by the level of support from the Assyrian community, as well as from our colleagues, families, and our friends! This idea took hold all the way back in 2014 in an album production for Global Choir by Evan at Real Rhythm Studio. Since the preparation of our first video release in May 2020, we have solidified this idea by creating mashups that juxtaposed our favourite Assyrian songs with the most well known modern pop, jazz, and contemporary hits - with the inten...tion to inspire a new generation of young Assyrians, who have grown up in the Western world, to embrace and be exposed to a range of legendary and beloved music that has coloured our historical Assyrian culture. It is encouraging to see this inspiration come to fruition, thank you for joining this movement. Stay tuned for our next mashup, we are always aiming to bring something new to the table!
