24.01.2022 Meet The Swing Kings Cass Evans-Ocharern started playing Electric Bass at age 13 and Double Bass at 15. Born and raised in Perth, he went to Churchlands Senior High School, and has been a part of multiple ensembles and bands ever since. Currently studying a Bachelor of Music at Waapa, majoring in Jazz Bass, Cass looks forward to what the future has in store. Come see Cass next Saturday the 12th at The Sewing Room 7-9.30pm. 04.01.2022 Meet The Swing Kings William Wallace started playing Drums from an early age and grew up in a musical family. Throughout his schooling at John Paul College in Brisbane, Queensland, he has studied Drums and Percussion across many different genres ranging from Orchestral through to Rock and Jazz. In his final year of high school, he auditioned for and was accepted into the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) and is currently studying a Bachelor of Music majori...ng in Jazz Drums. In the 6 months that he has been in Perth, he has begun working with several local bands and is very much enjoying the Perth Music Scene.
