04.01.2022 Amazing customer support from Samsung Australia. One of our people dropped a Samsung Slate and the screen cracked. We thought it was terminal, rang Samsung to find out what our options were. Samsung have arranged to repair it at no charge and we didnt even have to ask! I think Samsung may have moved from our unofficial hardware supplier to our official hardware supplier. Great hardware with unbelievably good service.
