19.01.2022 Some awesome shots from around 2 at Mid-Ohio!

15.01.2022 With round 2 at Mid-Ohio just around the corner. The EVAONE boys jumped on track for a team practice session tonight running drills, practicing race starts plus having a fun little sprint race at the end of session for a bit of fun! The boys are starting to find some time and more importantly consistency as its a very tight and windy track.

14.01.2022 Round 2 of the NTS V8 Evolution Championship was Held at Mid-Ohio. This track was definitely a tricky one to get Dialled in! To our Split 1 Drivers you did really Good! With over 40+ cars lined up on the Grid, we could tell you guys were in for a tough race! Rayner Costello - Had an Excellent Qualifier landing him with a P13 on the Grid! Rayner didn't get the best start and dropped to 16th. He made up a few positions and pitted early to get into some clean air. Rayner found h...imself 11th and made some excellent passes to take P9, Then bit of mayhem occurred ahead and Resulted in a P8 Finish! Jacob Brewer - He had a good Start but got caught up in the pack with no where to go and lost a couple of positions, Jacob found himself stuck behind a slower car that had pace in some areas but could not make that pass, Bringing home a P10. With our Split 2 Drivers, Some of our guys came in with Confidence and Some not so much as its very Tight and Windy especially with 39 cars lined up on the grid! Anton Gilbert - This man had a Cracker of a performance! 1 second off his usual qualifying time landing Anton with a P19. With a great launch off the line making up 6 positions by the end of lap 1! Unfortunately was turned around by another driver pushing him back to P21. Anton knew he had the pace so he put his down and pushed hard battling with someone every lap and managed to get back into P7 by the last lap! Anton Pulled a Lando Norris on his last lap overtaking 2 more cars and bringing home a P5. Steven Black - Didn't have the best qualifier as it was very busy on the track plus copping a 5 place Penalty which found Steven Lining up on the grid P30. Steven Had a good start surviving the 1st couple of turn but ended up getting to happy with the accelerator pedal finding himself in last. He kept on pushing to come home with a P19. Darren Robb - Had an ok qualifier, starting in 33rd. Darren pushed his way up too 23rd, His computer had some issues with his screen blacking out for 2 seconds finding himself in the grass! Pitting on lap 20 and returning back on track in 29th, climbing his way back too 23rd. Darren having a good race with Steven black at the end coming over the Checked Flag P20. As for Andrew Johnston - not having the best of luck this race bringing his mustang over the line P32! Liam James - Having a Family emergency to attend to around lap 19 resulted in staying in pits for the remainder of the race finishing P38. Lets just say the boys are really happy that round 2 is out of the way and can now focus on the Bathurst 1000 this Saturday 25th plus Round 3 of the NTS V8 Evolution Championship at Le-Mans!
