24.01.2022 This is not a criticism of the owner but more of an insight, in to the condition of the average evap that has not been serviced, for a few years - people tend to forget about what is keeping them cool during the hot summer months.

22.01.2022 This is just another example of poor planning by solar panel installers, impossible to stand in front of the evap to work , and this motor needs to be removed now a very simple 15 min job to remove motor, is now going to cost the customer more as this motor weighs approx 20kg, and has to be removed where the panels are so now we need a 2nd person and zero responsibility will be taken off something slips and a solar panel gets damaged.

22.01.2022 Fairly standard condition of an evap thats has not been serviced for a couple years and surprisingly it’s not really the fault of the home owner - so many people have told me over the years, the salesman told us it was maintenance free - guys please that is like saying I have a self cleaning oven !!!

22.01.2022 This is becoming a common problem, solar panel installers placing panels to close to evaps, apart from a trip hazard , there is also the risk of a tool or test equipment slipping off the evap and damaging the solar panel - when we come across this, we tell the client we accept zero responsibility for any damage. On some homes the panels surround the evap and on some of the big Breezair units the motor can weigh 20kg , its crazy no duty of care and on a couple of occasions the solar panels have had to be repositioned under duress from the installers !!!!

19.01.2022 Its been awhile between services on this Jarrahdale, the water reservoir is half full of sludge - yuk

17.01.2022 Stress cracks another common problem on some older Braemar evaps, but if picked up early and within the 10 year structural warranty period - Seeley International are a very good company to deal with !!
