12.01.2022 I know how this feels! For many years parts of my house looked like this all the time. I found it difficult to relax or focus and what I really wanted to do. A cluttered space can reflect a cluttered mind. Therefore when you declutter your space, you clear your mind so you can concentrate on new projects!

I had established good working relationships with many of the staff and I was sorry to leave. 10.01.2022 I appreciate all those who have recently liked and followed this page. Thank you. My story recorded how times for me were very tough, but I managed with support from friends, and my own determination and optimism, to survive. These times are tough for many of you. YOU also will SURVIVE. One of the mantras i repeated was "all the resources I need for me and my family are manifesting now in magic and wonderful ways." Guess what? Support appeared from unexpected places. Step by step I built a new life! You can too!

03.01.2022 Even though I wrote Free to Fly several years ago, it is only now that public prominence is shining on how women are abused in our society. Often it is a result of conditioning of the woman that she allows it because she has had no other model. BUT it is time to show these girls that they too are important and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I am so delighted to observe so many of our young women standing strong, but there are many who still need our help.

03.01.2022 Hearts of Purple presented at our BEN meeting this morning. This Not for Profit is actively assisting women in particular, who are in imminent danger from partners. While abuse that is physical is more visible, abuse at an emotional and mental level also occurs. It can be quite insidious and very destructive to self-esteem. How wonderful to listen to these lovely folk share with us some of the vision they have for supporting people facing abusive situations, both in person and with the use of technology. We can all help just by being aware that abuse occurs all around us, and look for signs that can alert us to offer support. I encourage you to support them.

01.01.2022 Even when exposed to low level narcissistic energy, it drains the adrenals. I was so lucky to have a strong and effective yoga practice to support my adrenals. Love to teach and help others now to strengthen adrenals (and other endocrine glands) to create and maintain excellent health.
