20.01.2022 Did you know that our chef Paul Hickey was one of the head chefs for The Olympic Games Australian team in 2010? Paul also designed a menu for TAFE NSW & invited celebrity chefs to this dinner including Matthew Kemp from Restaurant Balzac, Colin Fassnidge from Four In Hand Hotel, Warren Turnbull from Becasse and Peter Kuravita from Flying Fish Restaurant (pictured here). He sourced $5,000 worth of produce (which was donated). All 60 guests raved of the hatted meal received at ...the TAFE training restaurant. And, these are just some of his achievements. Very impressive!

15.01.2022 Tropfest Australia 2013 was held on Sunday night at The Domain in Sydney and the clear skies meant that a whopping 92,000 people attended! Kitchen Event Catering were the dedicated caterers on site which made it our 7th year! We were proudly responsible for all the public and sponsored catering at The Nikon tent & Hooroo tent as well as all VIP food & beverage requirements.
