25.01.2022 Platinum Auction Item #1 - The Perfect Day Out I am super excited to finally be able to share all the wonderful donations we have received in order to maximise the funds we are raising for little Oli and his family. Over the next few weeks, I will introduce all our sponsors and their donations and I urge you to please do the following to support them. ... 1) Check out their business online and if you feel like they align with your values, please follow them. 2) Buy from them. They are all very community oriented business, many of them just small like myself and I guarantee you, they will do a happy dance when you buy from them. 3) Share my post with your friends and family, if you a) think they might like the partner or b) think they would like to win the donation. So without further ado, I give to you THE PERFECT DAY OUT. We have teamed up with the wonderful souls at @Pole&AerialDivasCarolineSprings and @iridiscosmetics to create a day full of fun and laughter for You and 9 of your friends. Included are: 1x Pole Dancing Basic session at Pole Divas Caroline Springs (1.5 hours, includes performance by your coach and a glass of bubbles) 1x Glamtorial at Iridis HQ (3 Hour session. This is a make-up lesson like no other. Learn how to apply your makeup like a pro Makeup Artist all while having a jolly good time and lots of laughs) Get the girls together, have some much-needed self care me time. Spend an entire day with your group of besties for some exercise, fun and reconnecting. This package is valued at $1450. Vouchers can be used on separate days if preferred. 18.01.2022 What do I do? This is an old favorite and really my forté. Having worked in exhibitions and trade fairs for many years, I am going to bring my expertise to a market near you. As always, the focus will be on community and small business. My vision is to connect our community members to local small businesses - to create new relationships. I am hoping that I can help the smaller businesses grow their client base and compete against the bigger players. ... Always support local if you can! 11.01.2022 This is for you Oli I am so proud and happy to reveal the final amount we are sending to Oli tomorrow. This has been an incredible experience and I loved working on this event every second. How did we do it?... 118 tickets sold in under 24 hours We begged and asked for help. We put together a great sponsor package which resulted in 45 sponsors (private and business) who donated more than $15,000 worth of products and services. Most of them featured in our event brochure which was very well received on the night. Raffle sales. We had the best people roaming the floor on the night selling raffle tickets to the extent that we had to rush to Officeworks to buy more ticket booklets. Negotiating and finding the right partners to run this event with. Oli, I hope one day soon, when you are better, your mum and dad can show you the photos so you understand how loved you are. All these people in that room where there for one reason, and that reason is YOU. Keep shining bright and keep fighting little man. We all can't wait to meet you when get out of hospital.

09.01.2022 What I do! Next in the list of services I offer, I would like to speak about Activations & Exhibitions / Trade Fairs. I have worked in this industry for many years - in Germany and Australia. I have during this time worked with small business owners who needed help maximising the return on a small investment, as well as CEO's of international companies who had huge budgets and needed to make sure their presentation and design made them stand out amongst many others.... How can I assist YOU? If you are a first timer, I am happy to offer some advice and make sure you get bang for your buck when it comes to exhibiting. Show me your designs, let's chat about your plans and I will give you valuable feedback during a 1-on-1 chat. 08.01.2022 1 thing that hotel quarantine taught me? I will never ever buy eggs from a chicken that did not live in good conditions!!! I know that our two weeks locked away are nothing compared to the horrific live some of the chickens have to endure - for us. Nevertheless, I made this vow to support those farmers that allow their chickens to roam free and have space to run and play. ... I am sure that I could still do better but unfortunately budget plays a big role in making these type of changes and I believe that every little bit counts. So, how can I make sure that those eggs really are from FREE RANGE chooks? I found this amazing app from CHOICE which tells you exactly how much space those chooks really have. The Australian government dictates that hens must have at least 1sqm to roam outside to be classified as free range but I think we can do better than that. I found a brand at my local supermarket that provides 7sqm for each hen to roam outside and I was happy with that as a starting point.
