25.01.2022 Be prepared for any conditions!!!



24.01.2022 The summer holidays are coming to an end and it is time to get focused on your goals for 2017. That means getting back into a routine of exercising and eating right. I hope that you had a fantastic festive season have made the most of the gorgeous weather we have had of late.... I had a great break. Other than spending some great quality time with family and friends, highlights for me were; - A trip to Adelaide to do some awesome rides with the Specialized crew at the Tour Down Under. I got to ride with some amazing people and see some spectacular places #Adelaidehills #SpecializedTDU - A fantastic weekend away to the east coast of Tassie where I ran the Mt Graham circuit at Freycinet on the most stunning day and then the next day rode from Bicheno through to St Marys, via Elephant Pass and then back to Bicheno with a great bunch of ladies on what was another spectacular day. So now to refocus and set goals for 2017. I am looking forward to a great year ahead. This year, Ever Fit With Yvette has entered a team in the Gone Nuts 101 adventure trail run in a few weeks' time. The team has been training hard together and we are looking forward to an awesome challenge. #GoneNuts We have had some great "Pop Up" sessions over the break that I have held at various places and done some different things. Thanks for your support and coming along to these during the summer break. Now it is time to start up again for term 1 of 2017. Normal sessions start this week (6th February) with the following classes: - Monday evenings at 7:30pm - 8:30pm - Wednesday mornings at 6:00am - 7:00am Looking to set goals for this year? 22.01.2022 I am back from a break and ready to tackle another year!! Bring on 2017!!! I have some exciting things planned for this year and can't wait to make them happen. My usual sessions don't start up again till the start of Term 1 when school goes back on the first week of February, however I will be doing a "POP up" session on Wednesday morning this week on the 11th January. We will meet at 6am for a HIIT training session. If you are interested, message me and I will email details.... For the regulars, I will email you the details. The following weeks "POP up" session will be on the Monday evening. Details to come. These session will be great to kick start your year and get you back on track to achieving your fitness goals. 19.01.2022 Well we have come to the end of the year and it has been a great year with so many achievements. I have seen you improve your fitness over the year and work to achieve your personal goals. Thanks so so much for your support and it has been great working with you this year. Wishing you all a very merry Xmas and all the best for the new year. I look forward to bigger and better things in 2017.....setting more personal goals and smashing them... Classes for the new year will start back up again at the beginning of term 1 - week of the 6th Feb. I will be in touch closer to the date to remind you and fill you in on details. Keen to join us?!? Please contact me for details. If you are about over the holidays and would like some extra motivation to get out and exercise, I will be holding some "POP UP" sessions. These will be random sessions either early morning or later in the evening, at various locations and different days of the week depending on when I am about. I will post on FB and send out an email to clients with details the week before on what I will be doing so that you can organise to come along if you like. The sessions will be something different each time and will include a range of activities/sessions. Stay posted.

19.01.2022 I have just entered B&E Run The Bridge! I love this event and am looking forward to it in around 5 weeks time!! Keen to do it too and are part of the Ever Fit With Yvette community? Then enter online before the early bird registration closes this Sunday. See link below. There is a 10km, 5km (run and walk) and 1km option. 14.01.2022 Our group session last night was held up the mountain at the Springs for something different and to try and get a good view of the Super Moon. It was a great night to be up there and we had a good fun session followed by some home baked goodies while watching the Super Moon come out from behind the clouds. Great session and good fun! Thanks for coming and cooking yummy food!

13.01.2022 Gone Nuts 101 with Ever Fit With Yvette. What an amazing day for this great inaugural event. The team of Sarah Brown, Catherine Doran, Nerida Warburg and myself did amazingly well finishing in a time of 10hrs 20 min 57 sec to come 1st female team and 3rd team overall in the 101 teams event. Such an amazing performance. Well done team!!!! Great work training for the event, you worked hard and the results paid off on the day!! #smashinggoals Mary Dickins and her team also did so well finishing 8th team and 3rd mixed team. It was a big day starting at Stanley at 6am and finishing over 10 hours later at Wynyard taking in the Nut and Table Cape. But such a great time was had running on some awesome trails with stunning scenery. What a great event!! #GoneNuts

11.01.2022 Next training block starts up again the week on the 17th October. This is a 10 week block taking us up to Christmas. I have some great new ideas and plans for this term which I am looking forward to taking you through. Also we have our first ever team doing the Point to Pinnacle and many of you are doing Triple Tops and following my training plan.... 09.01.2022 Well done to Nerida Warburg and Kate Lowther on doing so well for the 10km Run The Bridge this morning. Great efforts. It was near perfect conditions this morning for a great run from Bellerive to Salamanca via the bridge. Always a great event! I was a tad slower than last year but still managed to go under my goal time of 40 min for the 10km with a time of 39:47. Just got there!!! First female in my age group and 14th female overall. :)
