21.01.2022 Modified the exercise to suit the boys as well! Just need to hold the bar wider and flare the elbows out a bit not to hit the handles. Enjoy! I also loaded the bar with 5kg plates to allow more distance to the ground.

13.01.2022 Ladies, if you want to try something new and creative, these glute hyperextentions with a row are great for targeting the posterior chain all the way from your hamstrings to your traps. Small tip: try to keep your lower back as straight as possible by engaging your core so the pressure is taken off the spine and diverted to your glutes (but!)

03.01.2022 Hey guys. Here is the protein ball recipe i promised. Ingredients: - 1 cup chock protein powder (I use organic pea protein as i make it for my Son as well) - 1 cup organic natural peanut butter - 1/2 cup honey... - 1/2 cup oats - 2 tbs stabilized wheatgerm - 1 tbs organic raw maca powder - 1 cup desiccated coconut Method: Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the coconut. Roll into walnut size balls and then roll them in the coconut. Put in the fridge until they go firm. Enjoy! See more
