04.01.2022 Spring is so-called hay fever season. Hay fever is mainly caused by plant pollen. Other triggers include: dust mites, the weather, pets, and more. Hay fever is also known as seasonal allergic rhinitis. Hay fever is an inflammation or swelling of the nose lining and its symptoms include sneezing, nasal discharge, itchy and watery eyes, a runny or blocked nose, itchy ears/nose and/or throat, headaches etc. Acupuncture & Chinese herbal medicine may provide effective relief to ...hay fever.
