Health care remains an essential service during Stage 4 Restrictions, therefore you can leave your 5km travel zone to attend medical and health related appointments. Evergreen Optical will stay open to provide clinical and urgent optometric services for our patients. We are committed to the health and safety of our customers and to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19, we will continue to implement safety measures in our practice. What Evergreen Optical is doing: Temperature checks on patients and staff. Sanitising station at entrance for patients as well as throughout the practice. Ensure face masks are worn by staff and all patients. Screen protection at reception counter and dispensing station. Frequent cleaning and disinfecting after every patient and all through the practice. All frames touched are disinfected and sterilized before returning to the shelves. Limit number of customers in at a time. We will follow the VIC Health recommended guidelines to keep our employees and customers safe. We ask that patients wear masks or facial coverings to appointments, sanitise hands upon entry and maintain social distancing.
