19.01.2022 FREE Fri morning Zumba (with Bridget) launch: Next Fri 24th June at 10.30am. Please tell your friends and family - all welcome.
19.01.2022 FOUNDATION DAY holiday - Monday 6th June. There will only be one class on this day: Zumba with Kate at 6.30pm. All other classes are cancelled. The gym will be unsupervised so if you wish to use it on this day you must have a 24hr access swipe card.
13.01.2022 PUMP classes are coming!! We have free launches next week - Mon 8th 5.30pm and Tues 9th 10.30am. Please tell your friends and family but places are strictly limited so please contact the gym if you wish to attend.
07.01.2022 Starting Wed 18th both Mon and Wed morning Zumba will start at 9.15am instead of 9.30am. There will be one last Monday Zumba at 9.30am on the 16th but from then on both classes will start at 9.15am.
05.01.2022 Next Fri Kate will be taking over the Friday night Zumba at 6pm permanently. Hope to see you all there.
03.01.2022 Zumbatonic (Zumba for kids 4-12yo) is on again this Fri 20th and next Fri 27th. These are FREE trial classes and if popular will become a regular part of the timetable. 4.15 - 5pm. Please tell your friends, family, neighbours!
