23.01.2022 Consistency is key but consistency doesn’t have to mean every day... for me my non negotiable yoga practice is twice a week - which might not seem like much for a yoga teacher but it’s realistic for me at the moment so that’s where I set my target - if I get more in I’m stoked but if I don’t, I’m not disappointed. Physically, yoga compliments my other movement activities during the week so twice often feels like enough anyway. But the yoga mindfulness mentality? Well that’s something I try to practice every day. My yoga practice helps me to keep connected to that mentality but practicing it without the poses and letting it become part of your life is where transformation lies How do you stay consistent with your practice?

For me it was more dedicated family time, and more space to enjoy the flow of life without being overcommitted and busy all the time.
