21.01.2022 To Everley’s Bistro and Café customers, friends and family, After so much thinking and constantly changing minds, we are devastated to announce that after tomorrow we will no longer be offering takeaway and will cease operations for the foreseeable future. We believe at this present time it is the best decision for our business and our little family. We are absolutely heartbroken on the effect the coronavirus has had on our little business, on the Crookwell Services Club and ...for the whole town of Crookwell. We would like to thank everyone for the amazing support and love we have received during this time and we cannot wait until we pull through this difficult time and can continue the business we have put so much time and love into. 11.01.2022 It doesn't get much better than this! On our specials from today we have a mouthwatering Wagyu beef dish. With a marble score of 11+, this Wagyu is accompanied with a cauliflower puree, steamed veg and a herb and garlic butter to top it off. We also have a creamy chicken and mushroom risotto available

09.01.2022 We are looking for an enthusiastic cook to join our team! 20-25 hours available per week. Must be flexible during the week with weekend availability! Cook responsibilities include: - Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. - Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)... - Cooking food in various utensils or grillers. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele. -Responsibilities - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. - Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) - Cook food in various utensils or grillers. - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. - Check quality of ingredients - Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages. Requirements - Proven experience as cook. - Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware. - Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.) - Ability to follow all sanitation procedures. - Ability to work in a team. - Very good communication skills.
