23.01.2022 Outdoor Portrait Sale! One hour shoot with 5 professionally edited images on CD for only $200, be quick, limited spots available!

22.01.2022 "Home is where the heart is..." How lucky am I to have this in my backyard! Classic Aussie sunset complete with kangaroos and it is literally two minutes from my house. I love where I live, so much natural beauty all around #sunset #nikon #landscapephotography #goldcoast #australia

19.01.2022 "Life is getting up an hour early to live an hour longer..." This is Carlo Sand Blow, a unique sand mass that covers over 15 hectares and looks out over Double Island Point and Tin Can Bay. We walked up on to the top and waited to watch the sunrise and it did not disappoint! I have never seen and been bitten by so many mosquitoes in my entire life but it was definitely worth it. If you're ever near Tin Can Bay I would absolutely recommend going here and watching a sunrise or sunset. #photography #sunrise #Nikon #beach #adventure #roadtrip

14.01.2022 Step 1: Wake up at the beach. Step 2: Wander over to watch the sun come up. Step 3: Take a picture with the new camera. Step 4: Upload in the car while listening to Harry Hookey. Perfect way to start the day.

14.01.2022 "Peace is a journey of a thousand miles and it must be taken one step at a time" Thirty second exposure taken as the sun went down at this perfect old jetty in Orford, Tasmania. It was really cold and I got eaten alive by mosquitoes waiting for the right time to shoot this one but very happy with how the image turned out. I actually posted this photo a few months back and since then lost a bunch of files on a corrupt hard drive. This was one of them and I was devastated. Luckily I found the original floating around in a folder on my computer and re edited it. Turns out I like this edit better anyway! #winning

13.01.2022 "Do more of what makes you happy..." Two of my most favourite things in the world are photography and the night sky so being able to enjoy both at the same time is incredible. I feel most at home when I am out under the stars with my camera in my hand. This is a 13 second exposure at f2.8 with an ISO of 2000. It was taken just outside of town in Murwillumbah, NSW. You can see the glow from the soccer fields in the bottom right of the picture. This was one of the only shots ...I got before clouds came to ruin the day haha. Seriously though, how beautiful is the Milky Way?! #milkyway #nikon #nightsky #adventure #photography #astrophotography

11.01.2022 "If something doesn't work out, change the plan not the goal..." I was looking forward to coming to this beach to shoot sunset over the water but as I walked toward where I had planned on shooting this tree and the sun shining through the leaves caught my eye. I ended up shooting at the original spot also, getting the stars emerging over the water as the sun went down for the day, photo to come soon. Such a fun little road trip!

09.01.2022 Limited spots only! PM to book a spot!

07.01.2022 "There was nowhere to go but everywhere, so just keep on rolling under the stars..." - Jack Kerouac. I went up to Tin Can Bay this weekend for a little photography adventure with my partner in crime Dan Verni (Falcon Eye Photography). It was a perfect little weekend! On Monday morning we got up at 4am to catch the sunrise at Rainbow Beach (photos to come...) then spent the day relaxing and enjoying amazing local seafood by the water. We then grabbed our gear and set out to ...shoot sunset at Inskip Point. When we started walking toward this location we were stopped by a local camper who told us to head to the opposite beach for sunset and boy was he right! We were treated to a perfect sunset (photos to come...) just us, a couple other people and at least 5000 mosquitoes . After shooting sunset we ventured back over to the original spot and started to set up for some Milky Way shooting. I got some awesome photos of my favourite thing in the world - the night sky. This shot is my favourite by far. Milky Way selfie! I accidentally left my remote in the car so got the camera set up then pressed the shutter and would run out into the water and turn on my headlamp and try to stand as still as possible to get the shot. Need more fun little adventures like this in my life - it's where I feel most alive! #Photography #MilkyWay #Adventure #NightSky #Stars #Adventure #Selfie

07.01.2022 "Take the long road home..." Throwback to this time last year when I travelled around Tasmania in a Wicked Camper. It's an incredibly beautiful place that everyone should explore, especially my fellow landscape photographers! I am hoping to go back again next year for another adventure. Even in bad weather it looks stunning #nikon #tasmania #roadtrip #wickedcampers #travel #camping

05.01.2022 Some of the images from Colby's shoot at Burleigh Beach recently. Working on getting a killer portfolio together for him, this guy is going places!

05.01.2022 Today was a perfect day for a trip to Mt Tamborine to watch the hang gliders take off from the lookout. Made me want to go hang gliding again!!

04.01.2022 "It's an amazing thing when you finally settle in to knowing that you'll never fit in. The difference between the rest of the world and you; you feel too much about too many things. And most others feel not enough about too few. Keep standing out. Keep showing the crowd what beautifully flying free is all about.' - J. Raymond. 'One Tree Hill' Maleny, QLD. Nikon D800, Nikon 14-24mm lens, Nisi 10 stop Filter. 1/10 sec, f/6.3, ISO 100.... Photographer: Rochelle Dunk

03.01.2022 "Wander often, Wonder always..." I have always wanted to capture Byron Bay Lighthouse with a beautiful sky since as long as I can remember. I recently stayed in Byron to celebrate my birthday and was so excited to be treated with this beautiful sunset to help me tick this shot off my list. Byron Bay is one of my favourite places to go and switch off and recharge but I really don't get there often enough. Something that I need to do more often that is for sure. Shot on my Nikon D800 with Nikon 14-24mm lens. ISO 160. 119 sec exposure at f8. Photographer: Rochelle Dunk

03.01.2022 Another cold night but waking up to this sunrise makes it so worth it! Breakfast down at Burleigh Beach this morning was the perfect start to the day

03.01.2022 Sneak Peek for Chloe and Daniel of the adorable little Eric from our shoot yesterday. This little champion fought off sleep for over 3 hours and definitely wasn't a fan of my camera and props but just look how sweet he is! Totally worth the wait. Thank you for letting me capture these special memories for you Chloe and Daniel! I hope you love them - more to come soon!

03.01.2022 Go where you feel most alive...

02.01.2022 "In a world where most people just exist, go on adventures and truly live..." This shot was taken at Inskip Point Beach just after I'd photographed an awesome sunset. I really wanted to get a shot just after the sun went down behind the horizon and the stars were starting to emerge. Finding this big log for the foreground was just the icing on the cake. Loved our road trip up to Tin Can Bay and will definitely head back there soon. #photography #beach #sunset #stars #roadtrip
