24.01.2022 Tonight we divided the Scout's into their two patrols (Hawk & Panther). The activity we did was constructing a tower for a few Scouts to use, part 1 tonight. We plan to finish it next week.

13.01.2022 EVERTON VOLUNTEER AWARD On 10 November 2019, Tim Mander MP hosted the Everton Volunteer Awards for 2019. In the Community Category, there were two Scouting nominees in over 20 nominations; AGL Julie Doolan - McDowall-Bunya Scout Group and AJSL Ian Anderson - Everton Park Scout Group.... We are delighted to announce that AJSL Ian Anderson was the recipient of the Community Volunteer of the Year Award for 2019 and his award was presented by Councillor Tracy Davis. Ian is currently one of the Joey Scout Leaders at Everton Park Scout Group. Having just completed thirty-five years service, he has performed many roles in Scouting during this time.

09.01.2022 Each patrol had to construct a mini camp construction. Pantha made a cloth line. Hawk made a bridge. Kookaburra made a free standing flag pole.

08.01.2022 International visitors tonight. Two Scouts and their Leader from Troop 195 Fort Collins, Colorado, USA visited. A scarf and badge exchange was the culmination of the night. The American Scouts taught our Scouts how to tie a Friendship Knot and the Everton Park Scouts reciprocated by teaching them about Vegemite Scrolls.
