The key element is to sit tall with a straight back and dra...w your knee close to your chest - within your pain limits. The stretch should be felt from your lower buttocks and into your upper leg. Our clinic will soon be specialising in pregnancy & post natal remedial treatments. If you are interested in a free massage with our new therapist Sarah, please comment below.
