14.01.2022 Dearest ELC followers, family and friends, firstly I want to start by saying thank you all so much to all the people who reached out via all different mediums after the release of my video on #ruokday I was really blown away by the words of support and love I received . I was extremely torn about sharing my story of my journey through postnatal depression and allowing myself to be so vulnerable. In the end I decided to share this video in hope that it would highlight just ...how well people can hide their struggles and how important checking in with each other is. This part of my story was a hard one and thankfully I am out the other side. I really do hope that by me sharing this that it opens up the conversation with others especially during this trying time with COVID.
