20.01.2022 Photo workshops are up and running since Covid restrictions were lifted, and we've already started off with a classic. Taken last week at Antons landing this is a brilliant photograph taken from one of the group Great composition, good use of shadow and light, a few people to give it scale and a new persepctive of a well known place. We are going to be holding photo and editing sessions at the Wyndham Community Hub (opposite Dessies) so we can train up people to use camer...as and video to tell stories of Wyndham by the people who live here. 17.01.2022 Every Thursday from 1pm we're going to be holding photography and media workshops at the Wyndham Community Hub. We'll be doing photo excursions, tutorials, editing and much more. Come along and gain the skills to be the storyteller of your community.

14.01.2022 Another great photography and storytelling workshop in Wyndham yesterday. Amongst other things, we learnt how to use our immediate environment to make interesting compositions that we can easily walk by. We still need to sit and edit our photos from the day but here are a couple of BTS photos from the afternoon. We hold these workshops every Monday at the Wyndham Community Hub in a structured and fun format building new skills and engaging in creativity.

12.01.2022 Wyndham Story Sessions begins on Monday and we're going to be working on camera handling and family portraits! This will be staged regularly over a number of weeks where we'll be doing learning exercises followed by practicing with the camera that day. 09.01.2022 With the long weekend almost here, we'll be using it as a time to step away from the screens and appreciating what is around us. Paying attention and being in the moment is a great way to feel good. Like noticing a heart shaped love heart on the mud flats. Simple but effective This photo was shot on a photography workshop in Wyndham in 2018 so thanks to WYAC for allowing us to share this. ...
