23.01.2022 Good Morning all! Hope everyone is staying safe and well during these unusual times. At this stage the idea of a September competion remains unlikely, given the inability still to travel outside of our regions. But things are slowly getting better and looking more positive.... In light of this I would like to start looking towards the next Everyday 4x4 Challenge event - February 2021. I am looking for interest from businesses to sponsor this incredible growing competition. I will be looking to change the structure of the sponsors and prizes for the next event, so please register your interest below and I will be in touch with the changes and what can be on offer from each business. 23.01.2022 **EVERYDAY 4x4 PROMO GEAR- PRESALE** Guys and gals we did tell you last year we would be selling our shirts to the public, well we didn't lie! As you can understand we run around like headless chooks on the event weekend so cannot have a stall as such to sell you these shirts so we will have PRESALE ONLY!!... We will have Tshirts and as a first this year also have singlets!!! We are hoping for the warm weather so you can all wear them for the weekend. The Shirts will be $39 each and singlets will be $35 each. These shirts are all 'sublimated' not screen printed, meaning the design wont come off! We need to have the orders in and payment recieved as soon as possible to be able to confirm the order. I have attached an order form for you to fill in and send back with payment. 21.01.2022 Ok guys and girls a notice in regards to run times and schedule this weekend. Friday day stage racing from 10:00am till 1:00pm Friday mystery night stage dark permitting 7:30pm till finish all competitor's.... Saturday 7:00am Drivers briefing and track walk at the tank trap 8:00am Show and shine and bretho test 8:45am staging 9:00 # RACING WILL START # SO PLEASE BE ORGANISED AND READY to go on the days that you are competing so every thing can go smoothly. Note: The people that are still yet to be scrutinering passed I will see you on the day prior to the events starting thanks to all the team's who have sent in photos as well for verification great work too. Laura (me) is now the President of the Avon Descent Support unit (ADSU) providing the water safety and suport for the Avon Descent race held in August annually. For this event to continue to be a success we need you! ... We have training days coming up over the next few months which will give you the support to know where you wish to assist. It doesn't have to be water based we have many options. 19.01.2022 Announcement: Ok my fellow competitors and spectators myself and a few of the off road racers have been busy over the last month putting together a 14.5km short course racing circuit up at the Kellerberin Every Day 4x4 comp property just got back from marking and running a few tests to make sure it's all going to work. So to say Im stoked is an understatement going to be a very fast and very well setup for spectators viewing and family oriented. The weekend it will be held o...n will be the 15th-16th of August. Tickets at the gate $35 per adult person Will have kids prices up in the coming weeks So please pack your cars and family and watch a weekend full of jam packed off road racing Saturday and Sunday morning camping Friday night and Saturday night is available. There will be live band playing Saturday night food cooking all weekend bar will be open big communal bonfire up at the top 40 cars racing plus more entertainment throughout the day. EXCITING NEWS This well now be our second event backing onto the off road racing weekend for the Every Day 4x4 comp which will be held in July every year this will be a jam packed weekend of a types of motorsport with Off Road racing and 4x4 comp racing Friday Saturday and Sunday. I am working as hard as I can to get this off the floor so we can lock in 2 Every Day 4x4 Challenge competitions every year now in conjunction with the Woodstock Rodeo and now the Woodstock 100 Off Road racing short course. So one in summer and one in winter so please show your support for the property owner and as well as the Off Road racing competition so we can make this all happen so come down have a beer or two watch all the racing action and have a killa weekend now that we can with less covid 19 restrictions. Thank you so much to our guys who came through for us both in the recovery vehicles, which I know the WA Off Road Racing Association - Waorra will have greatly appreciated but also for putting on a fantastic lunch time and evening display of just what can be expected for February's comp! Great range of trucks and always a crowd pleaser! You guys are legends! Thanks to Sam for all your hard work this weekend and to Jason for his assistance running around w...ith me when needed! I dont think I'll be jumping the gun by saying I doubt this is the last event of its kind held at Live At The Hay Shed Woodstock Kellerberrin. 14.01.2022 SCRUTINEERING DAY - JANUARY 23 All competitors in the Modified and Extreme class and ALL new Comp truck builds (or rebuilds) MUST have their vehicle checked over on the below date, time and location. Failure to attend or have a valid reason may result in your inability to compete this year. Please do your best to be in attendance with your vehicle... ** Saturday January 23rd from 8am till 2pm at the latest ** Please come early so we dont have a mad rush at Midday. Location is at SupaFit Seat Covers 2/107 Dowd St, Welshpool If you are a country competitor outside the metro area please get in contact ASAP. Please ensure you bring with you all gear required to compete: DRIVERS LICENCE Driver and Navi must present for inspection. RECOVERY POINTS Two recovery points shall be mounted at the front and two at the rear of the vehicle chassis with at least two of 12mm, or four of 10mm Grade 5 or M8.8 bolts. Recovery points must be painted red. Eyebolts are not considered as satisfactory recovery points. CRASH HELMETS All classes - The wearing of crash helmets by the driver and navigator is compulsory. All helmets will be checked and required to have the AS1698 label stitched inside the helmet. Comp If you have no windscreen and/or no roof you must wear a full-face helmet (not just helmet and goggles) or meet the roof requirements above. OCCUPANT RESTRAINTS All competing vehicles will be fitted with sash style seat belts that will be fitted correctly and in working order with no tears or frays. FIRE EQUIPMENT Vehicles will carry a minimum two (2) x 1.5kg dry powder fire extinguishers. They will be fitted within easy reach of the crew and bellow shoulder height. Mounting brackets shall be steel, plastic mounting brackets are not acceptable. BATTERIES Batteries shall be mounted in such a way that it does not move causing an arc or in the event of a roll over, fall out. ACCESSORIES The following items must be carried at all times in the vehicle during the event. Shackles, 2 x 4.7T and 2 x 3.25T One snatch strap rated at no less than 8000kg’s One tree trunk protector/bridle Two pairs of gloves One cable dampener. Fire extinguishers minimum 2 x 1.5kg dry powder fire extinguishers no exceptions One spill kit consisting of a shovel and something to dispose of dirty soil appropriately. A deep-dish floor matt is acceptable. One first aid kit Uhf radio, a hand held is fine Snatch block If you do not have the above available for viewing on the 23rd, it MUST be viewed at the event in the required position etc or you will be unable to compete.

There is always a cut off date which is 'normally' a week before. But just book now and save yourself from being 'that guy/girl' who misses out and has to buy at the gate in the queue!!

Just letting everyone know, due to that nasty virus (who shall remain nameless) we must order out shirts super early this year due to postage delays worldwide.... Once the nomination forms go up tomorrow - we NEED to have all forms in (with payment) by the 20th December. I know that only gives you 2 months notice to scrounge up the funds, buuut, you also know its worth it! I'm also sure the Mr/Mrs and Kids won't mind if they don't get many presents for Christmas this year, as they know how much competing means to you and the smile on your face is all worth it! Unfortunately due to circumstances outside our control, your entry will now include PL insurance and as such the comp fee has gone up to cover this. 09.01.2022 SHIRT ORDERING REMINDER Competitors - Don't order the shirt in the size you WORE last year, I always order a size bigger as the sizing is smaller. If you order what you wore last year it will then be 2 sizes bigger.... 07.01.2022 Well finally home after one of our biggest and toughest events so far myself and Laura would love to say a massive thanks to all our extremely awesome marshals and volunteers who helped out before the event as well as on the day we can not have these events without your help so a massive pat on the back guys and girls. To all the competitors who came and put the vehicles through our crazy stages well done great efforts was a pleasure to watch you all even got a bit teary haha.... To all the competitors that put in a massive effort in getting there cars up to spec with the new rules that we have implemented congratulations huge efforts as a event organization I am extremely proud to be a part of this sport we have in WA and I will endeavour to continue make it better for all. I'm sure Laura will say more but we are very excited for the next one. To all our wonderful sponsors that came on board this year we had a variety of new company's involved and by the looks of things all were happy we really appreciate you guys looking after us and hope to see you all there for the next one.The weather this year was very unexpected but definitely changed the game kept the flies away and the dust down which was great sorry for the late finish on Saturday and not being able to get the presentation underway like normal but will have it all sorted this week with a place and time to be advised hope to see you all there for a well earned beer and a sausage. 07.01.2022 ** POST FOR EVERYONE** Just a reminder to everyone, there is, under no circumstances any of the following allowed: AGRO - towards anyone or anything - this is a family environment and one to be enjoyed... GLASS - no glass of any kind is allowed in the property - vehicles will be searched DOGS - This is still a working property and no dogs are allowed DANGEROUS BEHAVIOUR - all driving around the property, for any reason, with any vehicle, is to be done at a 'walking pace'. There are many children and animals (of the 4 legged kind) around and we cannot have any injuries. Failure to comply with the above items, can and will result in removal from the property, banning from the property, keys being taken and told to walk home etc. Please don't be 'THAT GUY/GAL' as we all love this property and its owners and want to be able to continue this event for years to come!! All tickets are only available at the gates now from 4pm on Friday afternoon. Gates open for entry from 4pm Friday and 10am Saturday. 04.01.2022 On another note to guys when you come into the camping area could we try and get all the competitors to camp up closer to where we base ourselves every year as like where the presentation are held to try keep away from the horse people at the other end plus I don't have to walk far to find you all if possible at all there is plenty of room for everyone to find there own piece of real estate thanks.

03.01.2022 Good Morning everyone! Hope you are all getting ready for the next comp! This coming Sunday the 3rd November all COMP TRUCKS can be scruiteneered in preparation for the upcoming comps, including ours.... The location is at Scene Signs business - 44 Helen Street Bellevue from 8am to 4pm. This is ONLY for Comp trucks at this event. All other trucks will be scruiteneered in January 2020. No vehciles will be inspected on the competition weekend without prior approval by Laura or Sam. Attached is the specifications to adhere to for the competition spec trucks - further questions can be answered on Sunday!
