She is determined not to let the disease best her and at 69 years young, she is proving that you can will yourself through the most difficult of challenges. Cheryl trains with me twice a week, working on strength, balance, coordination and functional movement. But most of all, her confidence. ... I am starting a Boxing Fundamentals and Functional Training class Monday mornings in Wangara 10.15am - 11.30am, covering Boxing skills, pad holding, strength and condition, HIIT as well as focusing on the importance of warm up and cool down when exercising. I do know it's a tricky time but this time... slot is to help cater for uni students, shift/ part-time workers and any other person available. 06.01.2022 Does your trainer have to scream at you to get that last rep out? Maybe give you more exercises as punishment for slacking off? My job as a coach isn't to yell at you or discipline you. My job is to motivate and inspire with a structured program that includes years of experience and knowledge. Making sure each prescribed exercise contributes holistically to your health and well being while executing quality movement patterns. I am not there to count your reps. I am not the...re to bark orders at you. I'm there to coach you! When you train with me I treat you as a human being, someone who wants to be there and understands the relationship between coach and student. If you need to be screamed at for you to work out, I'd love to hear from you and give me your reasons why.

After a busy weekend, house work, cleaning and food prep were the last thing my fiancé and I wanted to do. We do however realise that a bit of effort now would make the rest of our week easier and efficient. ... Preparation leads to consistency.
