19.01.2022 Helping support recovery of stretch marks - have made up a sugar scrub of these oils (never salt as it can set a scar) and rub into the affected areas when showering. We are following this with a helichysum/rose/frankie/lavende roller mix. These oils are amazing for calming and supporting. The plan is to use the roller three times a day, and check back in about 2-3 weeks time to see how things are going. The scent is absolutely amazing - wish I had smell a vision...... Mel x

12.01.2022 2020 was an interesting year, and the word PIVOT was used many many times in our home. It gave us amazing opportunities to spend time with each other (how is that for a positive spin on four months quarantine together!) and really think about what was important, what was necessary and what would have to change. You would have seen that we have a gorgeous therapy dog in training, I've started Uni doing psychology and my focus is definitely close to home looking after family me...mbers. My oils have been an absolute staple, love love my magnolia and in tune at the moment - helping with self care and focus as I work on a new twist in my business. So watch this space, something new is coming (once I've finished my communications assignment!) and I'm looking forward to sharing it with you. Of course, it will be made up of all the things I love - oils, community, birds and chats! Here is a sneak peak for you - Mel x
