12.01.2022 It’s time to be conscious and rewire the course of modern day lifestyle. - - #movementismedicine #betterposture #useitorloseit #mobilityworkout #mobilitytraining #mobilityexercises

11.01.2022 Not all pain, but this quote was said in the context of movement and exercise. If you suffer from pain when you move, do you understand what is being compromised in order to correct it? There is a growing awareness, but there are still a lot of people who suffer from pain and get prescribed meds and rest. This might help to manage the pain but it won’t fix it permanently. Movement is a medicine that should be prescribed daily along with a commitment from oneself to unders...tand how their bodies move and what they need to do to restore what is failing. - #everydaymobility #mobilityexercises #mobilitytraining #mobilitywod #mobilitywodstick #spinemobility #useitorloseit #movebetter #movementculture #restorativeexercise #restorativeyoga #instaquote See more

08.01.2022 Give your spine some love Inversion in an Antigravity Hammock is a great way to decompress and align your spine naturally using gravity. In restorative we stay in this inversion for a few minutes allowing you to release tension through breathing. We focussed a lot on small movements with traction to create some space between discs. Great class last night! Big props to these guys for investing some time into their own bodies. #restorative #antigravityrestorative #antigravityrestorativeyoga #healthyspine #spinedecompression #loveyourspine #spinealignment #fixyourbackpain #everydaymobility #pelvictilt

04.01.2022 Last night we played around with this fun inversion that allows you to play around with your spine alignment to find vertical alignment without having to balance your weight on your hands. It was interesting to see the positions where people thought they were straight when in fact they were not. Once we made some small corrections to the hips, thoracic and neck they were able to balance with a lot less muscle tension. We often get given cues such as ribs in, tilt your hips a...nd squeeze your bum when we are hand standing or flying in Acro and it can be confusing to understand what these cues mean and how they affect your body position. Additionally, there can be several mobility restrictions that are not allowing you to properly stack. This inversion gives you immediate feedback when you are not stacked so you can start to learn what a stacked body position feels like. See more
