25.01.2022 We are so excited to share the news! We are able to open our doors sat 13th june!! Over the next few days we will be releasing a revised timetable, in anticipation of our reopening Saturday. 25.01.2022 Due to popular demand we are keeping the 4:30pm energetic reformer class on a Wednesday afternoon! We are also going to trial a 3pm stretch class on a Sunday afternoon for the month of August it will be up on the app shortly to book in!

Extra classes are as follows: Tuesday 5pm signature Thursday 6.30am signature Friday 12pm signature... Well be trialling them for a month to see if theyre classes that work for you guys All classes are up on the app so make sure you book in!

23.01.2022 We briefly mentioned semi privates last week, but we thought wed give a little more information for those wondering! Semi privates can be organised with groups of up to 4, for those that have their own group interested. However, we understand some people would like a more personal class but dont have a group interested, for this reason we are going to be adding in some open semi private slots which anyone can book into! Starting with 7am on Tuesdays! If youre interested in working a little more personally in a small group (max 4) book in through the Mindbody App any further questions, shoot us a message!

23.01.2022 Don’t make the time to stretch at home? Jump into one of reformer stretch classes in the studio! We run them every day except Sundays! Thursday is an express stretch class of 30 mins, perfect to try it and see if it’s for you!

To take out the guess work we will be locking the studio door in between classes to make sure everyone can exit a class before the next class comes up thank you all for your understanding, strange times we are loving in!

Mondays 5:30am + 5:30pm, Tuesdays 9am, Wednesdays 10am, 4:30pm + 6:30pm, Fridays 6am, Saturdays 8am and Sundays 9am. 14.01.2022 Dead bugs Traditionally these are done on the floor and the head remains down. The part people often struggle with is keeping a neutral spine, we tend to anteriorly tilt the pelvis as the arm extends overhead. This variation on the reformer bed gives a lot of feedback regarding the spine and pelvis we are limited in that the arm cant come overhead anymore, however this allows us to spice it up a bit by holding flexion through the spine. Try and hold the curl the whole time, rather than using momentum to curl forward. Give these a go on 1 red and 1 white (whatever your quarter spring is) and let us know how you go! #reformerpilates #deadbugs #pilates

12.01.2022 The studio timetable will stay the same for the most part over the Christmas period. The only changes are as follows: Thursday the 24th, the last class will be at 11:30am (no PM classes), Christmas Day we are closed, Boxing Day (Saturday) we will run 2 classes, 8am and 9am. Sunday as per usual, then the following week Monday- Wednesday will be run as normal, Thursday’s last class will be at 10am. New Years Day we will be closed (Friday), Saturday the 2nd we will run our 7, 8 and 9am classes (no 3pm). All back to normal for Sunday the 3rd and onwards

12.01.2022 What a fantastic week back! Its been amazing to be able to get back to teaching everyone and spreading the Pilates love! Classes have been booked out, which we love to see of course! Just a gentle reminder that we are running slightly smaller classes than usual, and with that in mind we would just like to mention the issue of not showing up for booked classes + late cancellations. Understandably issues arise at times, but please try your best to cancel within the allotted 2 hours if you need to, we are only a small studio and would hate to have people miss out on classes unnecessarily. Thanks for your understanding, and we look forward to seeing you all in the studio soon :)

12.01.2022 We want to thank you all for your efforts in abiding by the 12 hour cancellation, its greatly appreciated! However, we just want to note that the early morning classes are one of our busiest time slots we have so with that in mind, if youre feeling a little unwell before bed please be sure to cancel out so we have time to fill the spots and someone else can get into their favourite class

09.01.2022 Adductor strength we put a lot of emphasis on having strong glutes and abductors, and rightly so! But don’t forget to work your adductors as well! We might work this adductor bridge as a progression over the next month or so (for my benefit too!) but for now, try this on any raised surface (reformer bed + box included). Shown is adductor bridge lifts + hold on last rep. See you in the studio for a little taste of these!

On behalf of all of us here at Everyday Pilates, we would like to take a moment to say welcome back to all of our clients and to thank you for your support during this challenging time! The health and safety of our staff and members remains our top priority, so with that in mind, we have added in a few new policies on top of our current policies: 1 We kindly ask for clients to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled class time, and we ask ...that you allow the previous class to exit before entering 2 We will be sanitising hands on arrival 3 Previous cleaning protocol of beds will be maintained, in addition to this, staff members will give the beds + studio a thorough clean at the completion of shift 4 Social distancing measures have been implemented, capping our numbers at 9 for the time being 5 As always, if youre feeling a little under the weather its best to stay at home 6 Please remember to bring your own socks (any socks will do) and your own water bottle, our filter wont be available for the time being We cannot wait to see everyone back in the studio, catch an excited Cathy in the studio bright and early on Saturday

05.01.2022 Important update due to limited class numbers and an unfortunate amount of people unnecessarily missing out on spots due to late cancellations, from next week we will be implementing a 12 hour cancellation window for the time being (as of next Monday the 20th). Unforeseen circumstance arise at times we know, in these cases please call us at the studio. If not, please respect the 12 hour window and allow others to get in the classes thanks everyone, we appreciate all the support!
