01.01.2022 Quick Question! How good do you feel when your makeup looks fresh and your outfit is crisp? Fucking amazing right? Unstoppable, confident, strong, pretty. ... It has always baffled me why we don’t create more of these feelings for ourselves. Like seriously why do we wait for the weekend or a special moment only to have a small moment of such a powerful feeling. For me Makeup, hair and clothes are essential non negotiable expectations I have of myself. Not because I want every one to stop and stare, but hey if they do I’m not complaining. Or because I think I need it..... But because of the energy this practice creates for me, the power it gives me the pride, the strength, the courage and the confidence. Imagine starting your day off feeling like a super woman. What results could you achieve? How would that day look? How about your overall well-being?
