20.01.2022 EveryMan and Toora Women Inc. have worked in partnership over the last ten years to develop a highly effective service model used by their counsellors and case managers to support clients with high and complex needs. One of their joint programs is the #BuildingRespectfulFamiliesProgram. The Building Respectful Families Program helps men and women understand the foundations of respectful relationships, reducing the risk of domestic violence and effects that a dysfunctional relationship has on children within the family environment.

20.01.2022 "All of us in our lifetime will come across challenging situations and I guess to use the EveryMan term complex situations, it might be around family, it might be around our own physical and mental health, it might be about the challenges and difficulties that we have. What I believe EveryMan is, is a place where men can go to be supported no matter where they are in their life and what situation they face." #weareallhuman

15.01.2022 The national conversation about men's experience of domestic violence is becoming more public, and more nuanced. Its use as a blunt weapon to undermine the work being done to expose and reduce the incidence of domestic violence for women has been a significant barrier for a long time, but the momentum is gathering. https://www.abc.net.au//male-victims-of-domestic/12495738

15.01.2022 The biggest struggle we have and especially in our indigenous community is that a lot of people don't feel safe or culturally safe to go to a service and say look I'm struggling. I'd like to let people know that it's ok, it's ok to ask for help. #weareallhuman
