22.01.2022 Hi wonderful people of Castlemaine. I guess that you have noticed a change at the gym in Lyttleton Street! It is with sadness that we have to say goodbye to clocking in everyday and looking after you for eight years. As you would have been able to see, you were sharing the facility with pidgeons, shoddy changerooms, mould caused by a constantly leaking roof, freezing conditions in the winter and stifling conditions in the summer months.... Laurie and Joy are now moving forward with their venture of developing a hydro/cardio centre/swim school in Wesley Hill. Subject to Council permits it shouldn't take too long before it is up and running. We will keep you posted for further developments.

20.01.2022 We are running Water Aerobics classes at the Bendigo Aquatic Centre, Barnard Street, Bendigo. Monday mornings with Louise at 9.30am and Thursday evenings at 6.00pm. Watch this space to find out when Joy will be commencing her sessions.

07.01.2022 Come and join in the Water Aerobics sessions at the Chewton Swimming Pool . Every Wednesday morning at 10am and now on a Saturday morning at 10am commencing Saturday 24th January 2015.
