25.01.2022 I very rarely turn down business.I often change my own plans to help others celebrate. But last night just before 6pm I had a telephone request for a job today. I had planned a day for "me" and after quickly running it through my mind I said no.....sorry I can't help you. The customer did not take it well and after I hung up it played on my mind for hours. Those who know me well or follow my posts will know my affinity with beautiful Bali. When I need a little "Spiritual" gu...idence I often use my @bali_blessing_cards. This morning I chose "obedience". At first it didn't deliver an answer and then the more I thought about it and re-read the verse the more I realised I was being "obedient" to myself for my own wellbeing and safety. "Obedience is the mother of success and is wedded to safety" This week is not an easy one for me emotionally.This week marks 23 years since I lost my beautiful Daughter Tiffanie and I am acknowledging 2 special Birthdays,my little mate "Buddy" who I lost back in June would have been 13 today and my Dad who I lost 27 years ago would be 87 years old. They say time heals but the pain of great loss stays forever ....you learn to live with it but it never goes away. It's so important to take a step back sometimes and put yourself first if only for a day. The first time in over 20 years we were not able to go ahead due to Covid. Tomaree Breast Cancer Support Group offers assistance to residents on the Tomaree Peninsula who have breast cancer.
