01.01.2022 This weeks Auction Clearance rates across Melbourne & Sydney reflect an approximate 10% decrease on last weeks figures however do not take into account private sales and pre auction sales. Considering the economic uncertainty these are encouraging signs that buyers are feeling confident that this will be a temporary disruption to the usual selling cycle. Our open homes showed differing results, some with low numbers, some with large groups. Our network of agencys registere...d over 350 new buyers to market and had multiple offer scenarios on sought after properties. Hygiene protocols were followed by all in attendance & it was a positive sign to see the general community all working together to control the spread of COVID-19.
