24.01.2022 Feet up rest for Evil Barbee as I have torn some tendons and need to get off my feet to rest. Classes will resume Monday the 29th.

22.01.2022 Lockdown is over 6pm tonight however I'm waiting on news from the gym re rules. I'll keep you updated as to how I am moving forward.

19.01.2022 Due to the public holiday on Monday classes will return as normal on Tuesday the 6th April. Monday will be Zoom classes only. 6 am... or 6pm Gym classes must be booked via the app, hand sanitiser is a must before and after class. Class numbers are strictly as capped. No exceptions as floor space is important. If unwell DO NOT come to training or you’ll see the EVIL come out and you’ll be sent home. Looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday. 02.01.2022 Can you believe that this was 24th Feb 2020,right before covid! We didn’t know what was coming,life has changed so drastically. Let’s hope that this lockdown is short and sweet.
