Susan started with us just after we got back into the gym after lockdown and is one of our older members, but this doesn't stop her. As we get older everyday tasks can get a bit harder and Susan's main goal was to make some of these easier. With the help of the trainer's and giving her modifications where needed Susan has not only achieved her goals she set out but is smashing out so many more. Her biggest achievement so far is being able to do pushups on her toes Susan is a pleasure to train and always gives her all while still having fun and keeping the trainer's in their toes. All classes will be back to normal as of Sunday 22nd as our restrictions are lifted... Thankyou once again to all our team members for your ongoing support through testing times. You all rock!! . 21.01.2022 Trainer Kurt Waterman is passionate about MEN'S HEALTH He is keen to raise awareness and funds to support the men in need. Briony has been with us for about 6 months now and has ben smashing her goals Her main goal was to build her strength up but she also wanted to get confident on the skill mill. She puts her all in to each session, increasing her weights over time to keep her self challenged and to build that strength up. The skill mill scared her a bit at first but with the help of the trainers she is getting more confident on it and makes sure she goes on it every session a least once. Her drive is so great to see and she is always up for any challenge we throw her way. She is always great fun during classes being supportive to all her team members We are so proud of you Briony and can't wait to see what you do next. 05.01.2022 As per government instructions, evofit will be closed from midnight tonight. We understand this is just another bump in the COVID road map. We have been here before and and know exactly what to do. We have already put into place a strategy and have implemented Zoom sessions that will start tomorrow, and also our outdoor fitness program( jumpstart ) will resume for our arvo sessions. The weather is on our side, so whether its outdoor or zoom sessions its a great way to keep u...p your fitness resume until we can resume in the studio. We hope this will be for a short time and be back in the studio soon Know that we are doing our best to bring you the very best sessions we can. 03.01.2022 Whether it’s your very first session in the gym or your first one after a comeback it can feel overwhelming BUT know that the support from the trainer and the entire crew are right behind you It was my first session back after injury and a holiday, and felt like it had been months without a workout.
