25.01.2022 Race Wrap from last weekends Southern Star Series held at the Orange Kart Club. Rd5. Friday Practice on old Maxxis Kart tyres that had done the best part of 40...0 laps prior to hitting the OKC Circuit. It didn’t take long for both Rueben and Hunter to hit their marks and get familiar with the track. Rueben raced in the Junior Light Class, which saw some of the states best junior drivers take part. Heat 1 - P1, Heat 2 - P2, Heat 3 - P5, Heat 4 - P2 and start off P1 in the Final he lead for 10 Laps only to be over taken by Haydo-7 with two laps to go to finish in P2, 1.4 seconds behind Haydo. Rueben claimed the top step of the podium with some consistent racing and results. Hunter raced in the Snr Heavy Gentlemen’s Class, this was another decent field of 18 drivers. Hunter was consistent and raced hard against the old boys , Heat 1 - P4, Heat 2 - P4, Heat 3 - P4, Heat 4 - P5 and in the final Hunter again finished a close P4. Overall Hunter finished the race meeting in P5, even on points with P4 and only 6 points from Mick who finished in P2. It was Fantastic Racing from all the competitors that took part. Big shoutout to David Haak from Evo Karts Australia, Shayne Piper for the awesome attention to detail, engines and coaching, Stephen Roffe for his continued support with Rueben and Hunter’s development, Brett Staples and Kart Shed for all our trackside needs and most importantly for Mark Kennedy and Pop for keeping us feed and watered with an excellent Saturday night Roasts. Next and Final round of the Series will be at Griffith Kart Club, in a few weeks time, both boys are sitting at the pointe end, so fingers crossed for a great finish to the 2020 SSS.
25.01.2022 Been at tough Saturday at Round 4 of the Australian Kart Championship at the Emerald Karting Club in Queensland. Travis Wharton has had some issues in KZ2 but these should hopefully be resolved now that the seat mount on the chassis has been repaired. Riley Fortanier has been showing some pace in Cadet 12, and can hopefully move up the order after a nasty incident in heat 2.... Noah Enright has been learning the ropes in Cadet 9, and should start to move his way up the order as he gains more experience. We have some good representation in KA2, with Troy Fortanier putting in a solid effort. Adrian Haak has show some fantastic pace but has had a couple of issues including being involved in a first corner incident in heat 1, and a flat tyre in heat 3. Jimmy Piszcyk Racing has had his best KA2 round so far, putting it on pole. He was involved in the heat 1 incident, and finished 4th in heat 2. In heat 3 he put in a great showing finishing strongly in 2nd. Looking forward to some good results tomorrow. Thanks to Ben at Pace Images for the photos.

Particolare menzione va... ai piloti primi classificati Riccardo Pelloni Pilota kartRiky nella categoria 125 X30 senior, Giorgio Polinesi che si è qualificato 1 nella 125 Super Tag OK come anche il pilota Ciarrocchi Lorenzo nella categoria 125 TAG. I piloti Super Mini Giorgia Montrone, Domizio Nicolò e Matteo Montrone hanno disputato un’ottima gara. Giorgia Montrone ha combattuto e ha concluso la gara qualificandosi in 3 posizione. Evidenziamo anche l’impegno e l’ottima gara disputata da Riccardo Pierpaoli e Roberto Bottin e del nostro pilota Luca Montrone. 12.01.2022 That’s a wrap for 2019 with Josh taking home the WKRC Championship the racing was held at Picton which is a track we had never raced on before but one that Jo...sh came to terms with very quickly! 12.01.2022 Adrian Haak and Jimmy Piszcyk Racing competed in the KA2 class at the Race of Stars on the Gold Coast this weekend. Jimmy struggled at the start of the weekend, qualifying 9th. He can good in the final finishing in 4th, and just being popped in the line for 3rd. Adrian dominated all weekend, taking pole and winning every race including the final. ... Congratulations Adrian on an awesome effort and a second Race of Stars win!

08.01.2022 Great to see one of our young drivers progressing through his Motorsport career. Jimmy has been a part of the EvoKart team since the start, and has found success with the team at the national level. Jim is considering racing Formula Ford next year, and we would like to wish him the best of luck - obviously if he decides he wants another season in KA2 we would be more than happy to help him out!
08.01.2022 Round 1 of the Australian Kart Championship was just run at The Bend Motorsport Park in Tailem Bend, SA. EvoKart was well represented across a number of categories, ranging from Cadet 9 through to KA2. Well done to Jimmy Piszcyk Racing for putting it on pole in KA2. This is the 3rd pole out of the last 4 rounds for Jim.... Congratulations to Noah Enright for his first podium at AKC in Cadet 9. We hope to see Noah up on the podium some more, as his skill at celebrating almost matches his driving skill! Congratulations to Adrian Haak for finishing 2nd in the KA2 final and Jimmy Piszcyk Racing for finishing 3rd in the final. These 2 looked very strong over the weekend and were close to taking out the 1-2. It has been good to see some strong practice times, so hopefully they can translate these into some good results. Also good to see the Matt Hall, nominee for mechanic of the year, in the tent. 01.01.2022 Great job by Adrian and Jimmy Punchy Piszcyk. The boys worked hard on Friday to get the setup right, and finished 1-2 in every heat and the final. Congratulations to Adrian on his first AKC round win, and well done Jimmy for earning yourself a new nickname over the weekend.
