With fitness we only get fitter the more we push, the moment we get used to it we no longer change. The moment we become complacent with a lift this also rings true.... Caroline myss Do you realise what you get used to that you should not get used to, and when you get used to something it ceases to become an agent of change for you. It ceases to talk to you in the way in the way that it should talk to you every single day. We start to tell your self this is not a big deal.

The secret:- well there is none, hard work and change slowly what you eat.. 17.01.2022 Ok so a huge thank you to all that have donated already, and I now have to do 123 burpees.... so if you want to see me do more burpees I suggest to add to the tally... $1 = 1 burpee up to $1000 burpees... if you know me well you know it’s not my favorite move but I’m willing to not be comfortable for a great cause...

Do you stop and go backwards or change the goal.. 3 years ago Id never expected to be keen on Olympic weight lifting but its one of my favorite times of the week.. nothing but me and the barbell... whats your next goal?
