06.01.2022 Big thanks to Michael Addison for coming down to meet our BT team Evo members last night . Michael has competed professionally in MMA ,Boxing and was one of the top Motorcross rider's in the country. He also was a stunt man for MAD MAX!!! ... Mick is a humble down to earth guy ,loving dad, husband and we are lucky to have him in our team Evo family. He started his MMA journey with Darren and the team around 10 years ago we are very proud of what he has achieved Hope to see you down our way again soon .

Remember please trim fingers and toe nails , bring your training gear and wear your training T shirt if you have one bring a bottle of water and towel if you get sweaty. Please arrive early so not to miss beginning of session. ... Darren and I will be @ Venue ( Bridgetown Beatz) from 3 pm to 3.45 pm to hand out any last minute boxing gloves / shirts as I want to be focusing on coaching with Darren then doing admin during class sessions .
