13.01.2022 To all the current/ and past members we say goodbye this weekend. Bootcamps and the Evolution Training QLD Wynnum Manly location will no longer be running after this week. Sad news but unfortunately the market and peoples wants change.... Iv'e chosen to move back into the big gym scene to where it all started for me at Goodlife. I'll be starting at Goodlife Bardon next week running Personal Training, group classes, challenges, diet and training programs there. The page will change to more gym related posts and whats going on in my new business. If you've been a part of my family over the past 5 years, Thank you for your support and if you ever need a hand i'm only a phone call away. I'll still be Personal Training from home on two days, and of course also available for any Diet and or training programs. If anyone wants to join me for one last epic Super Saturday session and breakfast after watch for the event to pop up soon. Damian Franks
