25.01.2022 A brilliant morning all round, 24 fantastic people bounced out of bed and were greeted by this amazing sunrise..... All 24 absolutely smashed it out of the park and a lot headed off for a post workout swim - what a way to start the day!!

15.01.2022 We finally had a full week of training and no rain. Most days this week there were whales and dolphins swimming past the beach as we trained. An amazing place to train!

15.01.2022 Hard work this morning to end the week with a bang!! Barbells, bodyweight and sprints non stop for 50mins - wow what a session! Awesome work guys, you have definitely earned your weekend!!

14.01.2022 Friday’s here! What a great effort by everyone this morning!! Half an hour on the weights while the other half of the group went for a cardio/bodyweight circuit! It’s was brutal but it’s all done now!! Bring on the 25 degree day ahead and possibly a swim!

14.01.2022 A couple from yesterday, we ended our annual Winter Warrior challenge with a tough session followed by a swim in the sea, what an awesome way to end the week and mark the end of a brilliant 12 weeks, well done guys, you were awesome!!!

14.01.2022 Another fantastic week of training! It was a chilly start then a warm finish. Spring is next week and I’m sure the warmth will make everyone happy training outdoors.

13.01.2022 5 stations to start the day mixed in with four sprints after each round, we laddered down from 20-5 reps with the sprints in between, the morning was magical with that sun up so early these days, bring on another brilliant session tomorrow! Enjoy your Tuesday!

13.01.2022 A beautiful stretch to end the session today, it was a tough one so super important to spend 15 mins at the end looking after our backs, hips, hamstrings and groins - all followed by a swim in the sea and all of this was done before 7am!!

11.01.2022 An amazing morning for the ‘yogi’s’ today, it was so still and super warm! Meanwhile my guys covered at 5kms with burpees, crunches, plank get ups and all sorts of other terrible stuff thrown in haha! Two opposite ends of the spectrum, hope you have a great day!!

10.01.2022 How fast did this week go!! I can’t believe it’s Friday tomorrow!! It’s so important to take a moment and catch your breath as life passes us by.... My moment is at 5.50am each day, my 6am session is all set up and I have 10 mins by myself to reflect, this was my outlook this morning, it’s easy to see why I think this is the best time of the day! Hope you’ve had a good one? Bring on tomorrow!

09.01.2022 What a cracking morning! Medballs and a skipping/bodyweight circuit all finished off with 15 mins of mobility work, the perfect way to end the week..... Oh and the sunrise was pretty good to haha!

09.01.2022 I hope everyone has kept safe during this lockdown and hope you have kept your training going. As we get closer to reopening again, as of this Friday, groups of up to 10 people, I want to post how beautiful the sunrises have been. Yes it’s getting colder, but it’s never too cold to keep your health and fitness strong.

04.01.2022 It’s always good to start your training week on a Monday, it sets you up mentally and physically for the week ahead and goes a long way to making sure you make the right choices with sleep, diet and water intake as you don’t want to waste the hard work you put in earlier in the day - we start the week with boxing and a run - these guys were two of the 21 people who smashed it this morning!!

04.01.2022 It’s great to be back training!!!!!! And I know the members are happy to be working out in a group again. The challenge was always going to be motivation when training on your own. Most people have said they are more motivated when training in a group. We are limited to 10 people and the sessions will have 2 trainers when the numbers need it. Hope to see you there!

03.01.2022 It’s great to have such a committed bunch at Bronte, we smashed out 40 mins non stop this morning then continued our stretching focus for the final 20 mins, such great results from this with backs, hips and hamstrings all feeling looser - nice work guys!
