07.01.2022 Saturday’s are such a great time to move and be with your friends. Walks, coffees, brunch, picnics in parks. I’m not sure what you do, but there are so many ways you can switch off and I believe connecting with friends is such a great way to set yourself free from your working week!! These happy snaps are from the Redfern Evo Outdoor Training community originally a bunch of strangers, now a bunch of friends! Join them 7am on Saturday’s for training and coffee afterwards with our new trainer Libi!
